INTEGRA clients range from mid-sized to large lenders that, in turn, have a few dozen users to more than a thousand users. Their respective IT departments range from just a couple of people who primarily maintain the company’s infrastructure (including Destiny)—to dozens of staff with a range of highly sophisticated expertise, including in-house programming.

All clients are provided essential training and implementation assistance which is included in the initial Services agreement with INTEGRA. Clients can also opt for additional services at any point. INTEGRA’s staff of mortgage software experts can fill any of your resource gaps and provide everything from setting up/revamping your IT infrastructure…to training your programming staff to do your own Destiny customizations…to managing custom software development for you.
