With a combined 80+ years in mortgage software and mortgage banking industries, no top management team is more experienced, more dedicated—or more involved hands-on with customers. Every workday the three top executives are talking with current customers—to learn more about their needs; or educate them about Destiny; or facilitate implementations, training or custom development; or plan new software features and functions; or solve client issues.

As co-founder of INTEGRA Software Systems and co-author of the initial Destiny Loan Origination Software, Mr. Pratt oversees and coordinates the company's overall business strategy and all business functions. He is also actively involved in sales contract negotiations and ongoing support with INTEGRA customers.

Mr. Pratt has 24 years of management and senior technical experience in the mortgage software industry. Prior to INTEGRA, he was Executive Vice President of another mortgage software provider and was responsible for Product Development, Customer Support, Training, Implementation and overall Operations. In addition, he was also instrumental in the actual coding of their DOS-based system and developed expertise in the area of Truth-in-Lending disclosures and calculations. Mr. Pratt also served as the lead developer for another nationally known software company and began his career as a programmer for a Tennessee based financial software company. He has a BS in Computer Science from Middle Tennessee State University.

Also a cofounder of INTEGRA Software Systems (and with Jerry Pratt the co-author of the initial Destiny loan origination software), Mr. Allen manages INTEGRA’s Operations which includes Client Services, Implementation, Support, Research and Development, Quality and Assurance, Information Technology, and Documentation.

Mr. Allen has 24 years of experience in the mortgage software industry, and prior to INTEGRA was Vice President for another mortgage software provider where he was responsible for design, development, customer service, training and documentation. He also initiated the development of a successful DOS-based mortgage origination system. Mr. Allen was also in charge of programming for a regional financial software provider and helped develop their first PC-base consumer loan system. He attended Middle Tennessee State University.

Mr. Bartek joined the company in 1998 and oversees all of INTEGRA's Sales & Marketing activities. He is a 33-year veteran of both the mortgage banking industry and mortgage software industry. Prior to becoming a principal at INTEGRA, Mr. Bartek held senior sales positions at two other mortgage software companies. In addition, he was Mid-Atlantic Regional Vice President for Suburban Coastal, Citizens Mortgage and Centrust Mortgage, where he was responsible for all regional and branch office activities. Mr. Bartek holds a BS degree in Business Administration from the University of Maryland.
