Electronic Signatures
With the use of an inexpensive signature pad, you can capture an account holder’s signature electronically and print it on all of the account documents that require a signature. Fully compliant with the E-Sign Act, account holders sign one authorization form allowing the use of their electronic signature for the specified documents.

Signature Verification
WinBanker captures both forensic and biometric data for fast and accurate signature validation such as the segment timing, speed of signature, writing shapes, sizes, connection strokes, proportions and the exact sequence of movements made by the author during the original signature execution. Analyzing the combination of this data makes the verification process highly accurate in detecting forgeries. The template containing the sample signatures used for the verification process is automatically updated every time a signature is checked and verified against it, so that it is revised slowly as the author’s signature changes over time.

Barcodes
Print barcodes on every page of each document for automatic indexing with your imaging software. Specify what is contained in the barcode (e.g. loan number, doc id, page number, date/time stamp, etc.) and the number of digits for each item for compatibility with any imaging software. Printed forms can be saved in a .pdf format, thus eliminating the need to scan documents.
